When the Government of Wallonia embarked on a mission to revamp their finance system in compliance with EU Guidelines, they enlisted the services of NRB, a distinguished consultancy. Consequently, our consultant emerged as the designated Technical Lead for this monumental project.

At the forefront of an expansive program encompassing nine distinct projects, our Technical Lead was not merely overseeing a system modification. His role was pivotal in ensuring the meticulous alignment of every finance system facet with the EU Guidelines.

Beyond guiding his team and establishing clear guidelines, the Technical Lead played a crucial role in shaping technical strategies.
